Do not gain too much weight, always control it. This is for a person who started experiencing this problem after gaining weight. Logic behind this is the fact that gaining weight at your neck areas might squeeze diameter of ones throat and this can cause it to collapse when you are asleep.

Be careful as you consume when consuming some products as well embrace others. For yogurt, it has caused a great deal of controversy. Professionals differ in going about it.
